Trusts and Wills
Trusts come in many forms, but the revocable trust is the most common. As the name implies, you can change it as you wish, or even terminate it, any time prior to your death or incapacity.
Trusts help your estate avoid probate for heirs, and manage assets on behalf of minor children. Assets need to be titled in the name of the trust. You can name a successor trustee to take over if you die or are incapacitated.
